Thanks to the central location, you can easily reach the supermarket, public transport, and restaurants on foot. Amenities include a kitchenette with stove and fridge, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, dining area, shower/WC, solid wood furniture, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a furnished balcony overlooking the Hochzillertal ski area. A coin-operated washing machine is available in the basement. Included: coffee, filters, tea, spices, vinegar, oil, dish towels, sponge, dish soap, bed linen, and one set of towels per person. A forest playground, tennis and football courts are just steps from the house. The property is an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, and excursions. Parking and an e-charging station are available directly in front of the house. In winter, skiers have access to a ski room with boot dryer and changing area. The Hochzillertal ski area is only 1 km away. The free ski bus stops 50 m from the house. More ski areas are nearby. Wellness area – open October to April (daily from 5 to 8 pm): You can use the new wellness area with pine sauna, infrared, heated bench, relaxation area, rain shower, cold water hose, as well as tea and water free of charge. Sauna towels, shower towels, and shower/WC are provided in the wellness area. The wellness area is closed in summer.
